Job summary

Job Juncture is assisting a global plastics manufacturer in Anderson, SC to hire an experienced Maintenance Manager who will lead the site maintenance, drive equipment reliability, safety, and cost efficiency. You will oversee maintenance planning, CMMS, PM, and TPM programs, manage budgets, and partner with Production, Engineering, and EHS to sustain high uptime and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
Proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
Experience with plastics, blow molding, injection molding, or automotive manufacturing desired.
Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning/work-order management.
Demonstrated ability to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and OEE.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the maintenance team with clear performance expectations.
Develop and implement preventive/predictive/condition-based maintenance programs.
Plan, schedule, and execute work orders via CMMS.
Monitor KPIs: uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
Develop annual maintenance plans and coordinate shutdowns.
Oversee maintenance of production equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, and utilities.
Support TPM and other continuous improvement initiatives.
