Job summary

Trane Technologies in Greenville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all site maintenance and facilities activities. You will ensure safe, reliable equipment performance and drive proactive maintenance strategies at the Greenville manufacturing site.

You will manage storeroom operations, budgets, and TPM initiatives while coaching the Maintenance teams to improve reliability and efficiency. Collaboration with Operations, EHS, Quality and Supply Chain is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and facility systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory and maintenance spend.
• Experience coaching others in structured problem-solving (A3, 9-Step, Fishbone).

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment and facilities.
• Develop a proactive maintenance strategy with preventive and predictive measures.
• Oversee storeroom accuracy, stock, and purchasing processes.
• Manage maintenance and facility budgets and spend.
• Develop and manage TPM programs to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Lead and develop Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Uphold safety, quality and continuous improvement culture.
