Job summary

Trane Technologies in Haslet, TX is seeking a Plant Manager to plan, direct, and optimize all activities at the Haslet manufacturing facility. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and profitability while leading a dynamic engineer-to-order operation.

Report to the VP of Manufacturing and shape the plant’s strategy and staffing. The role requires 10–15 years in Operations/Supply Chain with 5+ years in a leadership role, plus a Bachelor's in engineering or related field (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• Lean/Operational Excellence culture implemented in manufacturing.
• Experience developing strategic plans and managing a complex P&L.
• Progressive Operations/Supply Chain leadership; 5+ years in plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all plant functions, including Manufacturing Operations, Materials, and Quality Assurance.
• Lead EH&S programs and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Drive quality, throughput, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Partner with Operational Excellence to teach lean concepts (A3, Kaizen, 5S).
• Manage facility maintenance,CapEx, budgets, and staffing.
• Develop and engage employees and succession plans.
