Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Mt. Pleasant, SC is seeking a Maintenance / Reliability Manager to lead the Maintenance and Reliability Team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and asset integrity across operations.

You will develop preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs; supervise maintenance tasks; analyze root causes; collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS; manage CMMS and spare parts; support capital projects; and drive compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8–15 years in industrial/manufacturing operations, preferably chemicals.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Ability to work in the U.S. now or in the future without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance tasks, reliability projects, and monitor asset metrics.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS teams.
• Manage CMMS, spare parts inventory, and planning/scheduling systems.
• Support capital projects, design reviews, and new equipment installs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, and ISO standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and promote reliability best practices.
• Facilitate PHAs and implement recommended actions.
• Advance sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives.
