Job summary

• Oversee plant-wide equipment maintenance and manage internal technicians and external contractors.
• Optimize maintenance workflows using SAP PM.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Champion a zero-accident safety culture.
• Lead Six Sigma (ALPS) and Kaizen-driven continuous improvement for reliability.
• Maintain asset registry and update equipment lists per integrity standards.
• Manage the maintenance budget for predictive, preventive, and corrective work.
• Collaborate on contract negotiations with external maintenance providers.
• Lead talent development and safety awareness across the team.
• Deploy advanced predictive maintenance techniques.
• Lead root cause analysis on chronic equipment failures.
• Audit PM compliance and track KPIs.
