Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Mount Pleasant, SC seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance and Reliability Team at a coastal plant. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, optimize asset performance, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to raise uptime and reliability.

Responsibilities include managing CMMS, optimizing spare parts and scheduling, and ensuring OSHA/API/ASME/ISO compliance while guiding capital projects and new equipment installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years in Maintenance/Reliability in PSM-regulated plants.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong CMMS and maintenance planning experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, API, ASME, ISO standards.
• US work status without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Oversee execution of maintenance tasks, reliability projects, and monitor asset performance metrics.
• Perform root cause analyses and establish long-term corrective measures to mitigate equipment failures.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Manage CMMS performance, spare parts inventory, and planning/scheduling systems.
• Support capital projects, participate in design reviews, and oversee new equipment installations.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on maintenance and reliability best practices.
• Facilitate PHAs and implement recommended actions.
• Promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
