Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a high-volume production facility. This hands-on leadership role focuses on improving equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, developing maintenance personnel, and driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, supervising, mentoring, and developing maintenance or technical teams.
• Background working within a manufacturing, industrial, production, military, or related operational environment.
• Working knowledge of CMMS or maintenance management software.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and controls, including PLCs, drives, motors, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Proven ability to promote safety, improve maintenance performance, and drive operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team while promoting safe work practices.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability through preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Partner with Operations to increase line efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
• Mentor maintenance personnel to strengthen technical skills, accountability, ownership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Foster a strong safety culture by identifying risks and implementing effective corrective actions and controls.
• Provide technical guidance on troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance best practices.
• Utilize CMMS and maintenance management tools to plan work, track performance, and support data-driven decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, cost reduction, asset life extension, and operational performance.
• Support plant operations through flexible scheduling, including occasional nights, weekends, and holiday coverage as needed.
