Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• General knowledge of plant machinery used in the industry.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, written and verbal; bilingual preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize activities.
• Capable of providing leadership and motivating employees.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily reliability tasks and preventative maintenance.
• Prioritize work orders and schedule mechanics based on urgency.
• Monitor production areas to ensure equipment runs properly.
• Adjust, repair, and replace electrical and electronic equipment.
• Participate in HAZMAT team for emergencies.
• Promote safety across maintenance activities.
• Complete payroll-related paperwork and other required documentation.
• Monitor refrigeration, production, and boiler systems; perform routine checks and part replacements.
• Maintain records and reports; comply with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Attend scheduled meetings.
