Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Reliability Execution Lead to drive plant-wide maintenance and reliability initiatives in Florida. You will lead a team, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, and push for uptime and safety improvements across manufacturing lines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, applying diagnostics like vibration and oil analysis, and mentoring staff while managing change to meet plant performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or maintenance.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and driving reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full equipment lifecycle including preventive and predictive maintenance, down day planning, overhauls and rebuild execution.
• Lead and coach teams in root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures.
• Implement reliability strategies to improve equipment performance and extend asset life.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and line leads to drive operational improvements.
