Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Reliability Execution Lead to drive preventive and predictive maintenance across manufacturing lines. You will lead a team within facilities, manage downtime, and push continuous improvement in safety, cost efficiency, and asset uptime.

Strong Lean Six Sigma, PLC expertise, and people leadership are essential. The role requires collaboration with maintenance technicians and line leads to optimize asset management and plant performance, while coaching staff to develop capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or maintenance preferred.
• 5+ years in operations or maintenance; 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Mechanical equipment maintenance experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with lockout/tagout procedures, regulatory requirements, and site safety standards.
• Elevate and address safety risks promptly and consistently.
• Own the full equipment lifecycle, including preventive and predictive maintenance, down day planning, overhauls, and rebuild execution.
• Use diagnostic tools (vibration analysis, oil analysis, etc.) to identify issues and prevent failures.
• Lead and coach teams in root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures.
• Implement reliability strategies that improve equipment performance and extend asset life.
• Coordinate reliability activities with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution.
• Develop the maintenance team to address daily operational issues and achieve short- and long-term goals.
