Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Tech Services (Maintenance) Manager in Lima, OH to own the maintenance strategy for plant and warehouse facilities. You will lead reliability initiatives across manufacturing lines, utilities, and infrastructure, while driving cost efficiency and safety programs.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventive/predictive maintenance, coordinating with OEMs, and developing the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or maintenance preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience with major improvement project.
• 5+ years of operations maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Mechanical equipment maintenance experience required.
• Understanding of PLC programming preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Must have indefinite right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the plant’s maintenance strategy and execution for all assets.
• Lead reliability strategy and asset health across lines and utilities.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance and down-day planning.
• Drive failure analysis and long-term reliability improvements.
• Coordinate with operations to deliver uptime and throughput targets.
• Develop maintenance teams and coach staff.
