Golden State Foods in Opelika, AL is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance/Production Leader to improve equipment reliability and maintenance strategies. You will partner with operations and maintenance teams to maximize plant performance, safety, and cost efficiency, steering the PM pillar and driving Operator Driven Reliability across the site.

Formación

• Engineering degree preferred or significant relevant experience.
• Minimum 3-year experience as a maintenance or production supervisor.
• ODR/PM pillar experience preferred (ODR steps 0-3; PM steps 1-2).
• Systemic results improvement through leadership of people & ownership of systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute maintenance, coordinate at supervisor level and coach floor staff.
• Own two Daily Management Systems: MP&S and Breakdown Elimination (BDE).
• Develop and maintain reliability metrics and dashboards (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Develop, coach and audit equipment standards (PMs, Centerlines, CIL, DH).
• Ensure safety, quality, and food safety standards are met; participate in Operational Reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-effective maintenance initiatives.
