Job summary

Alsum Farms & Produce Inc. is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in ensuring equipment and facilities remain in optimal condition. The role emphasizes proactive planning, budgets, and collaboration with engineering to drive continuous improvements.

The incumbent will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage parts inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while coordinating with production to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, CMMS/EAM, CAD software and Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience in maintenance budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance function at Alsum Farms and Produce.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance across equipment, buildings and grounds.
• Develop work schedules and manage maintenance team to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Partner with engineering to plan and implement equipment and facilities improvement projects.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies and oversee budgeting for the department.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and OSHA policies.
