Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management or a related field is required.
• Eight or more years of progressive maintenance, reliability or engineering experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance in food, beverage, dairy or a regulated environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting literacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the plant maintenance workflow from notification through technical closeout with strong governance.
• Lead weekly scheduling with Operations, Planning, Sanitation, FSQA and Engineering.
• Build asset-level reliability plans and a backlog using criticality, safety, and production impact.
• Develop dashboards for PM compliance, schedule adherence, and MTBF/MTTR metrics.
• Lead supervisors, planners, technicians, electricians, and contractors with clear accountability.
