This role balances strategic asset-management with hands-on floor leadership, building a CMMS-centered system for work identification, planning, scheduling, execution, and continuous improvement. You will develop a capable maintenance team, drive safety and food-safety compliance, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations and FSQA to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in maintenance, reliability or engineering in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM work-management system.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance workflow from notification to closeout.
• Establish and enforce work-order standards with full documentation.
• Lead weekly scheduling with Operations, Planning, Sanitation, FSQA and Engineering.
• Build asset-level reliability plans for top recurring losses.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
