Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Reliability/Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Albion, MI maintenance team in a fast-paced, technically complex manufacturing environment.

You will drive equipment uptime, asset reliability, and continuous improvement while developing personnel and ensuring safe work practices. This role focuses on capitalizing on CMMS data and collaborating with Operations to optimize line performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Industrial/manufacturing environment experience required.
• Working knowledge of CMMS to plan, schedule, and manage maintenance activities.
• Hands-on experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-skilled maintenance team with a focus on safety and continuous manufacturing.
• Own asset reliability and performance through preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve line efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coach and develop talent, driving accountability and problem-solving.
• Promote a strong safety culture by identifying hazards and implementing controls.
• Provide direction on troubleshooting, repairs, and quality of craft work.
• Utilize CMMS and digital tools to manage work orders and data-driven decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and extend equipment life.
• Work a flexible schedule to provide leadership on off-hours as needed.
