Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing operations.
• Problem-solving skills including root cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of EH&S management systems and safe work practices.
• Basic understanding of operational financials, inventory control and expense management.
• Proficiency with CMMS and PC-based operations/maintenance software.
• Strong communicator across functions and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Manager by co-leading daily operations and maintenance to meet goals.
• Coach front-line supervisors, technicians, and planners to maximize engagement and performance.
• Develop and sustain a PBM culture aligned with guiding principles.
• Promote EHS standards and apply HOP practices to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
• Oversee material flow from receipt to finished product in coordination with Operations and Maintenance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and quality.
• Support predictive and preventive maintenance activities; use CMMS for backlog and planned work.
• Lead or support root cause analyses and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, HR, accounting to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with production scheduling, inventory control, and operating rate management.
• Support capital projects and business improvement strategies.
• Operate in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and non-climate-controlled conditions.
