Job summary

A Reliability/Maintenance Supervisor in Michigan will lead maintenance and reliability initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing operation, driving equipment uptime, asset reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will head a multi-skilled maintenance team, implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance, and collaborate with Operations to reduce downtime and boost production efficiency.

• Utilize CMMS tools to manage work orders, track performance, and support data-driven decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on reliability, cost reduction, and asset life extension.

This role will lead maintenance and reliability efforts within a fast-paced industrial operation, driving equipment uptime, asset reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Reliability/Maintenance Supervisor should have the following qualifications:

• Experience leading and developing maintenance, skilled trades, or technical teams.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, production, or military environments.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with industrial controls including PLCs, drives, motors, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Experience within packaging, corrugated, paper, or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
• Technical education or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
