Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in salaried manufacturing/ops roles.
• Experience recruiting for Quality Engineering, Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Materials & Manufacturing Planning, Buying, or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of manufacturing talent landscape and niche sourcing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several sites in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence plant leaders.
• Proficient in using data to drive recruiting decisions and time-to-fill improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried operations roles across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Partner with plant leadership, operations hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to align talent needs with priorities.
