Zusammenfassung

Refresco Beverages US is hiring a Manager, Quality Systems II to lead the plant's Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS) in line with SQF, FSMA and FDA requirements. You will manage audits, CAPAs and cross-functional quality initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance across the site.

The role requires 5+ years in quality within manufacturing, strong data analysis, and collaboration with regulators, customers and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Food Science or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Quality System Software.
• Experience implementing SQF or other global quality systems in high speed manufacturing.
• Leadership, accountability and collaboration with regulators/auditors.

Aufgaben

• Lead SQF and food safety/quality management system at the site.
• Oversee certification readiness and third‑party audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality and food safety systems (HACCP, Preventive Controls, SQF elements).
• Ensure audit findings, CAPAs, root cause analysis and effectiveness verification are completed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sanitation, Supply Chain on quality issues.
