Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Manager, Quality Systems II to lead the plant's Quality Systems function, owning the FSQMS and ensuring compliance with SQF, FSMA, FDA regulations, and customer standards.

This role oversees audits, CAPAs, and data-driven improvements across quality programs. The position reports to the Plant Director and requires cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive sustainable corrective actions and validation of

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science or Engineering preferred
• Minimum 5 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience implementing and maintaining SQF or other global quality systems in high-speed manufacturing
• Leadership and ability to build trust-based relationships, drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Act as site SQF Practitioner and food safety leader, ensuring compliance with SQF, FSMA, FDA, GFSI and customer requirements
• Lead Quality Systems team for certification readiness and third-party audits
• Own continuous improvement of quality and food safety systems including HACCP and preventive controls
• Maintain compliance with FDA/state/local regulations and supplier quality programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Sanitation, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
