Ball Aerospace seeks a Plant Production Supervisor to oversee the plant production function, maintain safety and quality, and coordinate production, maintenance, and support teams in a high-speed manufacturing setting.

You will lead safety programs, implement SOPs, develop staff, manage scheduling and training, and ensure environmental and regulatory compliance while maintaining productive relations with the workforce. This onsite role requires flexibility with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college or work-related experience in the can or end making process.
• Job related experience for 2 year(s) minimum.
• Experience leading large teams in high speed-manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
• Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple functions, including Production, Quality, Maintenance and Chemical processing/support teams.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the plant production function as directed.
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment and conducts safety meetings.
• Implements SOPs and ensures production records are maintained.
• Coordinates Training, vacations, overtime, and shifts for subordinates.
