Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of four years of experience in manufacturing/production operations.
• Knowledge of production principles, processes, and quality standards.
• Experience in a unionized environment where applicable.
• Ability to lead teams, influence others, and build relationships.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
