Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years in high-speed manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing setting and with safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production function and direct activities to ensure safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for area of responsibility.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the plant.
