Ball Corporation is seeking a Supervisor, General Plant Production in Glendale, AZ. The role supervises the plant production function, ensures safety and quality, and leads a team in a high-speed manufacturing setting.

The position expects strong leadership, adherence to SOPs, and coordination across Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Typical responsibilities include safety program enforcement, process quality maintenance, and managing subordinate performance and development.

Qualificações

• Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college or work-related experience in the can or end making process.
• Job related experience for 2 year(s) minimum.
• Experience leading large teams in high speed-manufacturing environments strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the plant production function as directed.
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment; conducts safety meetings and inspections.
• Maintains process quality in accordance with Ball Packaging Operations standards.
• Provides supervision and development of subordinates and coordinates training.
