Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Production Planning Manager for our McLeansboro, IL location. You will plan production resources, manage schedules, and lead a team across warehouse, logistics, and training to optimize throughput and meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in leadership, strong production and safety focus, and experience with LEAN/Six Sigma. Relocation and visa sponsorship are noted as applicable, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture or related field.
• 2+ years of credible leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of production, supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and maintenance schedules to maximize throughput and meet demand.
• Oversee warehouse, logistics, scheduling and training for site operations.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety programs.
• Lead quality programs and root-cause analysis with countermeasures.
• Apply LEAN and Six Sigma tools for continuous improvement.
