Job summary

Novolex seeks a Scheduler to oversee the plant's production schedule and align plant operations with corporate planning. The role serves as the primary liaison between plant and planning, driving safety, quality, and on-time shipments while optimizing labor and resources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and Blue Yonder; strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule daily.
• Coordinate high-level production timing with corporate planning and plant maintenance.
• Ensure production teams understand order requirements and customer expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve scheduling issues and optimize resources.
• Oversee MRP and manage inventory levels; coordinate with vendors for timely fulfillment.
• Monitor production output discrepancies and maintain master data for WIP and finished goods.
