Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our Laurinburg/Maxton, NC site to manage production scheduling and inventory planning.

You’ll collaborate with on-site Lab Operators, Warehouse Inventory & Logistics, and the Site Leadership team daily, while coordinating with the Supply Chain teams in Johnston, IA, and other locations. This role requires a High School diploma or GED with emphasis on accuracy and safety, plus experience in manufacturing or logistics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1 year of manufacturing/agriculture/customer service/shipping/logistics experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• Experience leading programs or processes is a plus.
• General agriculture knowledge and/or experience helps.
• Experience using SAP.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S, Continuous Improvement, Standardized Work).

Responsibilities

• Schedule production runs and maintain production plans for on-site operations.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Team, and Vendors using SAP and related systems.
• Plan ahead to ensure orders and services are delivered on time.
• Optimize inventory levels of materials and finished goods to meet production demand.
• Provide status updates to Sales Support and Supply Chain on order fulfillment.
