Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and process improvement techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to department(s) and teams to meet production goals and safety.
• Supervise 75+ employees (salaried and hourly).
• Schedule, track, and monitor production and costs to meet goals while maintaining safety and quality.
• Hire, train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
• Implement and demonstrate best practices and consistent policies.
• Complete and maintain reports on production outcomes (efficiency, downtime, cost).
• Provide feedback up and down the organization.
• Design and implement continuous improvement processes.
