Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance to lead vision system processes and Torus gauge management at the Glendale, AZ plant. You will oversee safety, food safety program elements, and continuous improvement initiatives, guiding a team to improve production quality and efficiency.

The role requires leading teams, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of leadership experience minimum.
• 5 years of leadership/quality experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic math calculations.
• Must maintain professional competence, integrity, and skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work environment and conduct monthly safety activities.
• Support development and improvement of the food safety system.
• Lead plant vision systems and Torus gauges improvements for efficiency.
• Coordinate with plant engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Train and develop employees in vision system processes and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and conduct audits.
