Job summary

Jack Link's Protein Snacks is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee all production areas, coordinate schedules, and drive lean manufacturing practices. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts while guiding team members and maintaining SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus hands-on experience in a food-manufacturing environment. The position is full-time and on-site at our production facilities in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of food-industry supervisory experience preferred.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• A High School Diploma or GED is equivalent to two years of experience; Associate’s Degree or higher can count toward experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production across all shifts and coordinate schedules to meet production goals.
• Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams; document appropriately and route reports.
