Job summary

Jack Link's Protein Snacks is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30 am–4 pm) to drive safe, timely product flow in our Iowa distribution center. You will supervise the team, ensure timely shipping/receiving, and maintain quality and safety standards across operations.

The role requires forklift experience, proficiency with RF scanners and SAP, and a commitment to attendance and teamwork in a high-volume plant setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work un-supervised.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and SAP.
• Excellent attendance and dependability.
• Experience operating forklifts or lift trucks.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental team producing, completing tasks, and shipping/receiving products safely and on time.
• Operate mechanical forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock picker lifts.
• Use RF scanner and maintain related records.
• Complete work orders and reports for management.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse floor and facilities.
• Communicate effectively with all DC departments and address issues.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines.
