Job summary

Jack Link's Protein Snacks is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily installation, repair and maintenance of our facility, property and equipment. You will lead maintenance technicians, coordinate with planners and production leaders, and ensure safety regulations are followed.

The role requires 3+ years of equipment maintenance in manufacturing, with hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3+ years equipment maintenance in manufacturing; hydraulics, pneumatics & electronics; leadership experience.
• Associates or Technical Degree preferred in applicable field.
• Experience in meat processing and packaging plant preferred.
• Experience with CMMS and Scheduling Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and development.
• Develops and implements maintenance schedules with planner and production leaders.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures (LOTO, QEW, Confined Space, etc.).
• Manage staffing for a 24/7 facility in collaboration with HR; participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee timekeeping and KPI reporting for the maintenance team.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
