Qualifications

• Ability to apply Lean principles and safety policies in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production across all shifts and coordinate schedules to meet production goals.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for consistency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and CI to optimize processes and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and quality standards.
