Jack Link's Protein Snacks in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production areas and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate shifts, manage schedules, analyze issues, and develop SOPs while collaborating with maintenance and CI teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and communication, with a track record of delivering safe, high-quality output on time. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
