Job summary

Jack Link’s Protein Snacks is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage a shift of Production Workers and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will lead staffing, training, safety, and quality initiatives while maintaining accurate timekeeping and production records.

The role emphasizes HACCP/SSOP compliance, continuous improvement, and strong leadership in a fast-paced meat snack manufacturing environment. Monday–Thursday shift options and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience and 1-3 years lead experience.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Production Workers and direct daily activities to meet production, safety, quality, and housekeeping goals.
• Lead staffing, training, attendance management, and performance reviews.
• Ensure food safety, QA, HACCP/SSOP compliance across the shift.
• Maintain timekeeping accuracy and payroll processing.
• Monitor safety rules, incident reporting, and PPE usage.
• Oversee inventory, production paperwork, and cost control.
