Job summary

UFP Industries is seeking a Production Manager to lead a plant’s manufacturing operations in Little Rock, AR. You will develop production schedules, coordinate across departments, and drive cost, quality and productivity targets.

The role requires supervising staff, ensuring training, maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and enforcing safety and OSHA standards. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of supervisory experience are preferred, with strong MS Office skills.
