Responsibilities

• Formulates long- and short-range production plans and goals.
• Develops production schedules and coordinates with other areas.
• Monitors efficiency and quality, initiates corrective actions.
• Oversees staff and develops subordinates, conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures plant assets are properly managed and safeguarded.
• Manages inventory, materials orders, and month-end processes.
• Ensures compliance with laws, OSHA policies, and company procedures.
