UFP Industries in the United States seeks a Plant Manager to oversee all plant operations, driving cost, quality, and productivity while aligning with company goals. The role leads the production management team, develops master production and shipping schedules, and coordinates activities across shifts.

You will monitor performance, ensure asset protection, and enforce safety and HR policies, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of work experience as a production manager or equivalent.
• Forklift operator certification is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Ensures that all plant assets are properly managed and safeguarded.
• Staffs, develops, and coaches the production management team, evaluates performance, and initiates corrective action.
• Develops and approves master production and shipping schedules and coordinates production activities between shifts.
• Monitors plant output, cuts/yields and scrap to ensure efficient resource utilization and initiates corrective action.
