Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Formulates long- and short-range business plans and goals.
• Manage and coordinate plant operations to meet cost and productivity objectives.
• Develops production schedules for areas of responsibility.
• Monitor performance to efficiency and quality standards and initiate corrective actions.
• Manage inventory, rotate stock and participate in month-end inventory.
• Ensure machinery, yard conditions and housekeeping meet company standards.
• Order supplies, initiate purchase orders and approve timecards and incentives.
• Prepare reports and logs; participate in safety and regulatory compliance.
