Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Manager in Vernon, CA to oversee daily production operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the plant.

You will collaborate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams to drive production schedules, drive continual improvements, and manage departmental budgets and staffing. A strong focus on GMP and food safety is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the Production Department to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Collaborates with planning to develop production schedules and adjust procedures to meet demand.
• Leads and coaches supervisors; participates in recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Plans preventative maintenance with Maintenance leadership to minimize downtime.
• Develops budgets and forecasts for the Production Department; analyzes performance metrics.
• Partner with Quality and Materials to resolve non-conformances and optimize inventory.
