Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Vernon, CA seeks a Maintenance Manager to plan, direct, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for our plants. The role ensures facilities, machinery, and equipment operate reliably and efficiently, while coordinating with production and safety teams.

The position drives world‑class maintenance teams, schedules preventive activity, and oversees contractors. Strong leadership, engineering or business background, and 6+ years in manufacturing are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration or vocational studies.
• 6 years – experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 6 years – experience in position.
• 4 years – experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of injection molding, blow molding and packaging equipment.
• Oversees maintenance department.
• Collaborates with Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities.
• Builds and maintains world-class maintenance teams ensuring high efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Oversees outside contractors for installations and projects.
• Interfaces with others to meet customer deadlines.
• Hires, trains, coaches and reviews performance; collaborates with HR.
