Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Rialto, CA seeks a Production Operator Lead to collaborate with the Production Supervisor and drive daily production, safety, and quality goals. The role emphasizes adherence to GMP, food safety standards, and effective shift handoffs on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as needed.

You will support batching minerals, manage material inventories, and ensure accurate BOM and quality checks while maintaining high throughput and safety standards on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or related field</br>is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities and safety.
• Communicate shift challenges to prepare for next shift.
• Conduct shift walk-throughs for safety, housekeeping and quality.
• Prepare lines for scheduled changeovers and batch minerals if needed.
• Order and inspect raw materials, and perform first-pass quality checks.
• Verify jobs in Oracle/WMS/Line Management System.
• Support hourly/end-of-shift production reporting.
• Use Efficiency Improvement Tools to comment on downtime.
