Niagara Bottling, LLC seeks a Maintenance Manager to direct preventative maintenance, repair activities, and safety for its Vernon facilities. You will lead a world-class maintenance team, oversee equipment reliability, and collaborate with production to keep lines running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration or vocational studies.
• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of injection molding, blow molding and packaging equipment.
• Directs maintenance department and schedules preventative maintenance.
• Hires, trains, coaches and reviews performance; partners with HR on personnel matters.
• Oversees safety team activities and enforces safety requirements.
• Maintains time and maintenance records; develops capital equipment justifications.
