Job summary

Augmentis Group represents a globally recognized aerospace manufacturer seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Leader to support Plant procurement operations, secure supply, drive cost savings, and optimize processes to meet production schedules.

You will lead Plant Procurement Specialists and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance, with a strong emphasis on ERP systems, compliance, and inventory accuracy to sustain manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and must be from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of procurement and financial best practices and compliance (SOX, UCC, Import/Export).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the overall Plant procurement operations including direct, indirect, and Capital spend.
• Provide guidance and leadership to Plant Procurement Specialists and Supply Chain Planners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align procurement strategies with BU goals.
• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and execution of agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and take countermeasures as needed.
• Ensure ERP-related procurement processes and inventory forecasting are accurate.
