Job summary

Augmentis Group is assisting a globally recognized aerospace manufacturer to lead Plant Procurement and Supply Chain activities, ensuring the production schedule is met while securing best value for materials and services.

You will oversee procurement operations, guide procurement specialists and planners, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Quality to align strategies with plant goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong procurement knowledge.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of procurement practices, compliance, and export controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant procurement operations including direct, indirect, and capital spends.
• Lead Plant Procurement Specialists and Supply Chain Planners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.
• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement countermeasures.
• Oversee ERP procurement processes and inventory forecasting.
• Balance competing priorities to meet plant and BU targets.
