Job summary

Augmentis Group's client, a globally recognized aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain leader to support the Plant Manager and drive procurement strategy. You will ensure supply, optimize costs, and mitigate supplier risk while aligning with production schedules.

You will guide Plant Procurement Specialists and cross-functional teams, oversee negotiations and ERP processes, and maintain compliance to meet BU targets and drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of procurement and financial best practices and compliance (SOX, UCC, Import/Export).
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Direct Plant procurement operations (direct, indirect, and capital spend).
• Lead Plant Procurement Specialists and Supply Chain Planners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align procurement with BU goals.
• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement countermeasures as needed.
• Ensure ERP-related procurement processes and inventory accuracy.
