Job summary

Augmentis Group, on behalf of its client, seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and ensure timely sourcing for production needs in a cross-functional environment.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, RFQ/Proposal development, and process optimization across multiple internal teams. Relocation assistance is provided with a temporary remote work option during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• ITAR requirement: U.S. person status.
• Experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQs/ proposals based on Plant requirements.
• Review quotations and perform cost analyses to determine best value.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times aligned with Plant goals.
• Place and manage purchase orders to support production and inventory needs.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve Plant issues.
