Job summary

RRD Company in Minnesota seeks a Plant President to lead plans for improving people, processes, technology and culture at the site. You will monitor safety, equipment, budgets and KPI performance, and drive action with the site leadership team to meet corporate goals.

You will oversee P&L, drive sales pipeline, partner with sales and operations, mentor managers, and implement continuous improvement across manufacturing, quality and productivity to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, industrial management, engineering, graphic arts or related field.
• 8+ years of diversified management experience in printing or manufacturing.
• Experience leading sales teams is highly desired.
• Continuous Improvement / Lean skills preferred.
• Ability to lead a diverse team of sales and operations.
• Excellent communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant to improve sales pipeline, safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
• P&L responsibility for assigned locations and budget management.
• Develop employees through education and training programs.
• Establish succession plans for critical roles.
• Direct department managers toward continuous improvement of operations.
