Job summary

RR Donnelley seeks a Plant President to lead and execute plans improving people, processes, technology and culture at the Aurora plant. You will monitor safety, equipment usage and budgets, and drive action with site leadership to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial management, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of diversified management experience in manufacturing or printing industries.
• Experience leading sales teams is highly desired.
• Continuous Improvement/Lean skills or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant to improve sales pipeline, safety, quality, productivity and waste reduction.
• P&L responsibility for assigned locations and budgeting.
• Develop employees through education and training programs.
• Maintain a viable succession plan for critical HR roles.
• Provide guidance to department managers on operations improvements.
• Lead sales team strategy and daily client-focused insights.
• Collaborate with sales reps to acquire new customers.
• Review manufacturing activities and address issues impacting quality and costs.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity through open communication with stakeholders.
